We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our growing team in Littleton. This role is key to ensuring smooth production flow by managing capacity, materials, and scheduling to meet on-time delivery goals. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical devices, and excels at coordinating resources and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor weekly production schedules and planning metrics
• Coordinate machine, personnel, and material resources to meet delivery commitments
• Prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity, materials, and labor availability
• Communicate forecast changes and potential impacts on production and staffing needs
• Analyze capacity data and take proactive steps to mitigate or expedite schedule adjustments
• Coordinate the release of materials and products in alignment with project timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness and production alignment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning and scheduling processes
• Complete additional assignments as directed by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning, materials coordination, supply chain, or inventory control
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is highly preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
