Job Title:&nbsp;Casting Line Operator Location:&nbsp;Dracut, MA Job Type:&nbsp;Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay:&nbsp;$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li>
<li>Must be available for&nbsp;Fridays and extended hours&nbsp;as needed based on production.</li>
</ul>
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable&nbsp;Casting Line Operator&nbsp;to monitor production equipment, perform machine adjustments, and complete changeovers to keep the casting line running efficiently and safely.
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Bilingual</li>
<li>Basic math skills</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand English</li>
<li>Flexibility to work additional hours when needed</li>
</ul>
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Read and follow work orders and production instructions</li>
<li>Set up and adjust machines according to procedures</li>
<li>Load and change rolls for production</li>
<li>Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments</li>
<li>Operate hoists and pallet jacks safely</li>
<li>Lift materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
