Packaging Operator Compensation
- Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
- Work schedule hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Packaging Operator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
- Perform finished product packaging as required to satisfy customer and internal demand.
- Ensure finished product is packaged in accordance with procedures and quality specifications.
- Inspect in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of manufacturing activities related to product packaging.
- Participate in safety audits and engage in daily safety discussions.
- Perform routine cleaning of packaging station and processing equipment.
Packaging Operator QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Work hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; must be flexible for overtime.
- Background checks must be cleared before starting the job assignment.
Education/Licenses Needed
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of industry work experience is required.
