Our client, a distinguished non-profit organization, is seeking a highly organized and personable PT Administrative Coordinator on a 3-month contract basis. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, streamline administrative processes, and support a dynamic team committed to their mission. The position initially combines hybrid and remote work, with training onsite followed by the possibility of full remote work, making it ideal for an adaptable professional eager to make a difference in a collaborative environment.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage departmental reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with organizing training materials, documentation, and records for easy access and compliance
- Maintain effective communication with team members and external partners to support departmental initiatives
- Prepare and format reports, tracking monthly expenses and supporting departmental data management
- Support various administrative tasks such as copying, mailing, and troubleshooting office equipment
- Help monitor and manage departmental databases and generate relevant reports
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute departmental objectives
Requirements:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years' administrative experience, including internships or related roles
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, personable, and focused on providing high-quality support
- Prior office experience, with a preference for those familiar with project-based work and report generation
