This position will be on-site based in our Laconia, NH office

As a Cash Management Administrator, you will be responsible for providing the necessary support to the Bank’s Cash Management Support Specialists (CMSS) and our Cash Management (CM) customers. You will perform documentation prep, answer phone lines, prepare customer risk assessments and product audits, maintain necessary reports, review and maintain customer files, and provide quality customer service when issues arise.

Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for supporting CM Support Specialists, our customers, the Commercial Banking Division and other areas of the bank.
  • Assists CM Support Specialists in the preparation of all necessary documentation and work with internal personnel to set up products and services.
  • Provides service and training to customers on all Cash Management products and services.
  • Responds to and either resolves or refers customer and employee inquiries to the appropriate department and exhibits the necessary follow-through. Interacts with vendors to handle system or customer support issues.
  • Recommend process and procedure changes to improve customer experience and internal efficiency.
  • Completes audits and risk assessments both monthly and annually for department compliance.
  • Assists CM Support Specialists with daily customer maintenance needs.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Fiserv core, Q2 Banking platform, Microsoft Office products, and the Intrafi platform preferred.

Education & Position Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in a position requiring proficiency in routine daily tasks associated with banking products and services, electronic banking, customer service skills, phone calls and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the operation of related business machines and equipment with corresponding technical skills preferred. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as skills in written and verbal communications, mathematics, personal computers (Including MS Outlook, Word & Excel), planning, and complex problem resolution.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
