• Process and record incoming payments, including cash, checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions, with precision and timeliness.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements to customers, ensuring accuracy in all communications.
• Conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies effectively.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to verify that all payments are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Generate detailed aging reports for accounts receivable and assist in month-end financial closing activities.
• Provide documentation and support for audits as needed, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and files for efficient information retrieval.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing improvements to accounts receivable processes for better efficiency and accuracy.• Proven experience in accounts receivable, including processing payments and managing collections.
• Strong knowledge of billing functions and financial processes.
• Proficiency in handling cash applications and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed financial records.
• Familiarity with generating accounts receivable reports and supporting month-end closings.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
