Role Description This full-time, on-site CDL A Truck Driver role is based in Webster, MA and involves the safe transport of machinery and specialized equipment to and from customer locations. The driver will perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections, secure and verify loads, and operate tractors and trailers in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations. Responsibilities include planning routes, maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation, coordinating with dispatch and customers, and reporting any mechanical issues or incidents promptly. The role may involve regional travel, adherence to scheduled pickup and delivery times, and occasional assistance with loading or unloading while following proper safety procedures. The CDL A Truck Driver is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, support a culture of safety, and represent the company positively during all customer interactions.\n
Qualifications

- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and ability to meet all DOT requirements.
- Demonstrated experience operating tractor-trailers and safely transporting heavy or specialized loads.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safety standards.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections, identify issues, and communicate maintenance needs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
- Physical ability to climb in and out of vehicles, secure loads, and handle equipment as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in machinery or specialized transport is a plus.
