Responsibilities

Estimate and prepare quotes for service work based on customer requests

Plan, organize, and execute field service activities to meet project requirements

Ensure crews have the proper tools, materials, permits, and resources to complete work efficiently

Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring all tasks follow OSHA safety standards

Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and crew members to ensure high‑quality work that meets customer expectations
Qualifications
-
Must have at least 5 years of TIG welding experience
-
Strong knowledge of welding operations, including tooling, materials, and proper techniques, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Proven leadership ability with experience directing multi‑worker service projects and working independently with minimal supervision
-
Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience and familiarity with industries such as food, beverage, dairy, personal care, or pharmaceuticals
Salary: $75k - $90k
