Job Description
The Production Control Associate position is located in Westborough, MA. This role is essential for coordinating and organizing inventory within a manufacturing environment, and the company is known for its commitment to innovation and quality in production processes.

MUST have experience with ERP Systems
MUST have 2+ years of inventory experience within a manufacturing/production setting.

Shift of the Production Inventory Specialist
1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Contract to Hire

Pay Rate/Salary of the Production Inventory Associate:
$22 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities of the Production Inventory Associate:

Coordinate and issue inventory within a work cell or group of products.
Process job materials and back-ordered materials to fulfill production requirements.
Assist in communicating material requirements to the Warehouse department.
Support documentation control needs for the production area.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications of the Production Inventory Associate:

Minimum of High School Diploma; Associate’s degree or trade school equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 2+ years of Inventory Control experience within a production/manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, Empower, ETQ and Epicor.
Proficient typing skills and detail-oriented.
Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage change and multiple priorities effectively.
