Key Responsibilities\n

- Engage directly with clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and within the community, conducting assessments and forming therapeutic alliances.

- Ensure adherence to professional ethical guidelines per organizational standards, maintaining confidentiality while fostering trust and rapport with clients and peers.

- Provide interventions, including crisis management and therapeutic techniques, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate treatment services.
- Document treatment protocols, client progress, and ensure compliance with program policies, including timely completion of reports and data submissions.
- Be available for on-call responsibilities during and after program hours to provide support when crises arise.
