We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing team in the Gardner area. Multiple positions and shifts are available.

OPEN POSITIONS- Shipper / Receiver

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and documentation.

Assembly – 1st Shift

• Shift: 1st Shift (Daytime hours)
• Perform assembly operations while meeting quality and production standards.

Packer/Machine Operators Positions

• 1st Shift:
• 2nd Shift:
• 3rd Shift:-Need the ability to train on another shift for 2 weeks.
• Responsible for packing finished goods, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.

Cell Leader – 3rd Shift

• Lead and support production cell operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Prior manufacturing or leadership experience preferred

Mold Technician – 2nd Shift

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Training: Must train on 1st Shift initially
• Responsible for mold setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate

QUALIFICATIONS

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required for all roles
• Ability to work assigned shift reliably
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required
