AFTERMARKET SALES COORDINATOR
Orange, MA
$55,000–$75,000/year
Monday–Friday | Full-Time
We’re seeking an experienced and organized Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Orange, MA. This role is responsible for coordinating aftermarket sales and supporting customers with parts, components, service needs, and orders throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate aftermarket sales orders from quote through completion
- Work directly with customers to understand product and parts requirements
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities
- Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, shipping, and other internal departments
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
- Maintain accurate pricing, customer, and order information
- Identify opportunities for additional aftermarket sales
- Resolve customer questions and order issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong internal communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales coordination, customer service, inside sales, or related experience
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems
- Mechanical, technical, or industrial product knowledge is a plus
