HTD Talent is recruiting Entry-Level Sales Representatives for one of our clients with opportunities across multiple U.S. locations.
\n
\n
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to start a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required. You will receive paid, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and the support needed to develop your sales and business skills.

What You'll Do
\n
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers in your assigned territory and help identify solutions that meet their business needs.
\n
Responsibilities may include:
\n
- \n
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with prospective customers through outreach, leads, and referrals
- Meet with customers at their locations to better understand their needs
- Present and demonstrate products and solutions
- Work closely with your local sales team to develop opportunities and achieve sales goals
- Complete paid training to develop strong product, sales, and customer relationship skills

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree completed or expected by December 2026
- Recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and adapt to different customer needs
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to travel approximately 60%, including occasional overnight travel
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Comfortable transporting product demonstration equipment when needed
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation
\n
Base Salary: Approximately $50,000 - $80,000, depending on location
\n
Performance Bonus Target: Up to $24,000 annually, based on performance
\n
