Pay: $21-$35/hr
Build Products That Support the Aerospace & Defense Industry
Join a growing, family-owned manufacturer that produces advanced antenna systems for leading aerospace and defense companies. We're looking for detail-oriented Production Technicians with assembly, soldering, or manufacturing experience who want to grow their skills in a clean, high-tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate antenna components to specifications
- Perform drilling, lasing, etching, and soldering tasks
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
- Operate production and fabrication machinery
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Record production information and report defects when needed
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- Soldering experience in a production environment
- Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to train on a split shift schedule (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace, defense, military, or electronics manufacturing experience
- Experience with antenna assembly
- Fine soldering and small-component assembly experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Schedule
- 1st shift and 2nd shift
- Training schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM until fully trained

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
