**Position Details:

**Job Title: Electrical Assembler

**Location: Hudson, NH 03051, USA

**Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
**
**Duration: 12+ Months
**
**Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday (5:00 AM EST - 3:30 PM EST) 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu), typically 4P-2A)

**Summary:
**
Perform manual and power-tool assembly of mechanical and electrical components according to technical drawings and blueprints.
**Digital Instruction Following:
** Navigate and execute step-by-step electronic work instructions via tablets or kiosks to ensure build accuracy.
**Parts Tracking & Logistics:
** Use handheld scanners and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to log parts usage, track serial numbers, and request materials from the warehouse.
**Workstation Maintenance:
** Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards to ensure safety and efficiency on the production line.
**Documentation:
** Accurately complete digital and paper logs, including labor hour tracking and quality sign-offs.

**Key Skills Required:
**

Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently Capacity to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance

Ability to stand for extended periods

Possess current J-STD and IPC soldering certifications or the willingness and ability to obtain certification upon hire.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills from peer-to-peer collaboration to organizational leadership.

Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
