Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Pay: $21-$22/hr
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and update open orders, follow up with suppliers for status updates, pricing, and lead times

Conduct phone outreach for pricing, product availability, and part verification to support the sales team

Build a foundational understanding of company products, workflow, and sales culture in preparation for future advancement

Troubleshoot routine sales or administrative issues by reviewing information, analyzing data, and proposing solutions

Maintain and expand internal product knowledge and reference materials to support customers, vendors, and internal teams
-
Research supplier options for pricing, delivery timelines, and product alternatives
-
Provide general administrative and operational support, including data entry and documentation

Assist with special assignments and projects directed by sales leadership

Perform additional duties as needed
Required Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and comfort learning new systems or software

Strong attention to detail and solid math aptitude

Tech-savvy problem solver with strong critical-thinking abilities

Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks under time constraints

Professional and positive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Background

Associate degree or comparable work experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
-
Prior experience in sales, customer service, purchasing, administrative support, or a related field is helpful but not required
