Guide individuals and families through selecting insurance policies that fit their personal lives.
Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions that provide better security for our clients.
Handle inquiries with patience and clarity, helping people understand what they are buying.
Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service over time.
Collaborate with your fellow agents to share strategies and help each other succeed.
Stay updated on changes in the insurance market to offer the most relevant advice possible.
Requirements
Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer License.
Demonstrable history of success in sales roles.
Understanding of core insurance products and risk assessment.
Comfort using digital policy management platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills to manage a steady pipeline of client inquiries.
Professional experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
