Compensation
Salary range: $130K - $140K
*Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications

Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of HR policies that reflect the company's core values and support its growth ambitions
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture by fostering engagement, inclusivity, and retention strategies
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning for retail and corporate teams
- Manage employee relations, addressing performance issues, providing coaching, and resolving conflicts with tact
- Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all wage and hour laws
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health plans, retirement options, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, maintaining HR documentation and handling audits and investigations
- Oversee diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, embedding them into daily practices and organizational policies
- Oversee HR systems and data management, guaranteeing accurate employee records and insightful reporting
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational development, talent strategies, and HR best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Over a decade of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in retail, fashion, or consumer-facing environments
- Proven expertise in managing payroll, wage compliance, and employment law
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated capacity to develop strategic HR initiatives and implement operational solutions efficiently
- Flexibility to be onsite five days per week, with the ability to adapt to a hybrid model as needed
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite
