Packaging Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical background or hands-on manufacturing experience looking to grow their maintenance skills. The position will involve performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on packaging machinery to keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Perform basic preventative maintenance on packaging equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with equipment repairs.
</li>
<li>
Make adjustments to machinery and production lines as needed.
</li>
<li>
Identify equipment issues involving motors, sensors, and other mechanical components.
</li>
<li>
Help maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
2+ years of manufacturing or hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
</li>
<li>
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
</li>
<li>
Experience with machinery, motors, sensors, or mechanical systems is a plus.
</li>
<li>
Background in automotive, HVAC, electrical, or a related trade is welcome.
</li>
<li>
Willingness to train on 1st or 2nd shift for up to two months.
</li>
