Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate levels of support and intervention.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each student, ensuring a collaborative approach involving families, teachers, and other relevant professionals.

• Participate as a key member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to shared goals and the improvement of overall therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, helping to destigmatize seeking help and promoting understanding of available resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
