Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.
- Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments to identify client needs and determine appropriate levels of support and intervention.
- Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each student, ensuring a collaborative approach involving families, teachers, and other relevant professionals.
- Participate as a key member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to shared goals and the improvement of overall therapeutic outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, helping to destigmatize seeking help and promoting understanding of available resources.
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of clients through regular check-ins and documentation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Support crisis intervention efforts by assessing risk factors and implementing safety protocols during critical times.
- Maintain compliance with all ethical guidelines, organizational standards, and relevant laws to uphold a high quality of care.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
