Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Calendar Management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date executive and team calendars.

Expense Reporting
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports.
- Track reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Ordering & File Organization
- Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Ensure documents are properly archived and easily accessible.

General Administrative Support
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Software skills:
- Basic computer functions
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Outlook, email management

Years of Experience: at least 2 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent professional experience will be considered

Interview Process: 1 virtual and/or 1 onsite

As a Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a department or manager. You'll answer, screen and forward telephone calls, greet customers and resolve customer complaints.
