Job Title: Entry Level- Machine Operator
Pay: $20 - $22/hr
Location: Easton, MA
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm
Job Description
Join a dynamic printing company as a Rewind/Rolling Machine Operator. In this role, you will manage the operation of machines designed to process rolls of stickers and labels. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you place rolls into the rewinder, input work orders, and adjust roll sizes according to specified requirements.
Responsibilities
- Pay attention to work orders and load rolls of stickers/labels into the rewinder.
- Input work order information into the machine screen.
- Load large rolls onto the machine to break them down into the correct size and amount.
- Use hands frequently to load and unload products.
- Apply common sense and basic math skills to ensure rolls are processed accurately.
- Follow work orders on paper meticulously.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read English.
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in production or a background in printing is a plus but not required.
- Experience in machine operations.
- Reliability and dedication to the role.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment
Work in an organized production floor within the rewinding section. Collaborate with experienced colleagues who have been with the company for over 15 years. The facility is equipped with 4-6 rewind machines and features a whiteboard for daily job listings. Work hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of South Easton, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
