We are seeking a Remote Support Specialist to provide customer assistance, reservation support, and service coordination within the travel services industry.

In this role, you will help customers manage bookings, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through travel completion. This position is fully remote and includes structured onboarding and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Assist customers with reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Research travel options and provide accurate service information
  • Maintain organized customer and reservation records
  • Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer experience
  • Support clients before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup

Travel industry experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
