We are seeking a Machine Operator to support high-volume manufacturing operations. This role will operate packaging machinery, assembly equipment, and industrial processing equipment while maintaining production flow, monitoring quality, and making process adjustments as needed. The Machine Operator will report to the Production Supervisor and may work day, evening, or night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery, assembly equipment, and industrial processing equipment.
- Set up equipment for production runs.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Load materials into machinery and production equipment.
- Adjust processes and equipment settings as needed to maintain efficient operation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in machine operation.
