Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct clinical services to clients in both community and office settings, addressing the needs of those with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
- Develop and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, creating an environment of trust and support that fosters healing.
- Assist in crisis intervention and provide timely responses, ensuring clients receive the appropriate care when they need it most.
- Conduct brief assessments using evidence-based screening tools and arrange for detailed evaluations as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
