We are seeking a motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a dedicated book of business, ensure timely renewals, and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen client relationships. Youll have the autonomy to run your accounts with the support of a collaborative, positive team behind you. - First-year earnings: $55,000-$75,000

Responsibilities
- Manage policy renewals with accuracy and urgency, ensuring client contact within 24-48 hours
- Review coverage limits and identify opportunities for upselling, account rounding, and cross-selling
- Quote new business and re-market renewals in a timely and professional manner
- Clearly explain coverage options, policy differences, and pricing with confidence
- Maintain accurate client records and data integrity within the agency management system
Requirements
- Prior insurance experience preferred
- Knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines, or the ability to learn quickly
- Personable, approachable, and professional communication skills
- Comfortable using the phone and engaging clients directly
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
