We are seeking a motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a dedicated book of business, ensure timely renewals, and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen client relationships. Youll have the autonomy to run your accounts with the support of a collaborative, positive team behind you. This is a hybrid remote role with competitive compensation and substantial benefits designed to support both your career and your life outside of work.

  • First-year earnings: $55,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy renewals with accuracy and urgency, ensuring client contact within 24-48 hours
  • Review coverage limits and identify opportunities for upselling, account rounding, and cross-selling
  • Quote new business and re-market renewals in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearly explain coverage options, policy differences, and pricing with confidence
  • Maintain accurate client records and data integrity within the agency management system


Requirements

  • Prior insurance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Personable, approachable, and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable using the phone and engaging clients directly
  • Strong problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
