Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health, identifying diagnostic criteria based on established tools and guidelines, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, integrating cultural considerations and addressing specific health goals.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic interventions, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting care strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate referrals to additional support services, acting as a bridge to enhance patient care by coordinating with external treatment providers and resources.
- Offer mentorship, support, and educational opportunities for interns and colleagues, sharing expertise and contributing to the professional development of the clinical team.
- Engage in peer reviews and collaborative clinical discussions under the direction of clinical supervisors to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
