Key Responsibilities\n

- Directly provide therapeutic services to clients, carrying a case load that includes assessments as well as individual, group, and family therapy.
- Participate actively in team meetings, prioritizing collaboration to advance shared objectives within the organization.
- Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify mental health concerns, and arrange for detailed assessments when necessary.
- Create and implement integrated care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, facilitating communication between clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
- Engage in crisis intervention as needed, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to client crises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with agency guidelines.
- Participate in safety protocols, reporting and addressing any unsafe conditions to promote a secure environment for clients and staff.
- Serve on committees to enhance service delivery and contribute to quality improvement initiatives emphasizing best practices.
- Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring support is available for clients outside standard hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n
