**Machine Operator **
Career Open Day - Wednesday 7 October 2026
Pay: $18–$22 per hour + shift premiums + up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

Round Peg Solutions is recruiting for multiple positions at an established precision manufacturing facility in Peterborough, New Hampshire.
We are inviting candidates to an exclusive Careers Open Day on Wednesday 7 October, where you will have the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the available positions.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Assembly Operators – Starting at $18/hr
No previous manufacturing experience required. Candidates from retail, hospitality, McDonald’s, Dunkin’ and similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Machine Operators – Starting at $18/hr
Entry-level opportunities for candidates interested in manufacturing. Previous CNC experience is preferred but not essential.
CNC Machine Set Ups – Starting at $22/hr
Previous CNC experience is required, particularly setting up machines for production.
SHIFT PREMIUMS AND SIGN-ON BONUSES
1st Shift: Standard hourly rate + $3,000 sign-on bonus
2nd Shift: 15% extra per hour + $4,000 sign-on bonus
3rd Shift: 20% extra per hour + $5,000 sign-on bonus
£50 AMAZON VOUCHER FOR ATTENDING
Candidates attending the Careers Open Day will receive a £50 Amazon voucher just for attending.
