Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to conduct a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Worcester, MA. This position qualifies for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians who can offer 30 or more hours of availability each week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:

  • Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly

  • Behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples and children, with our support)

  • Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork

  • Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions

  • Strong character is essential — we prioritize integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts

  • Applicants must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Compensation can reach up to $124,100, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
