This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide services while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. The typical work schedule is from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with no expectations for evening or weekend hours, providing an excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain a caseload of clients, providing ongoing psychotherapy sessions tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Implement behavioral health services while coordinating care among various providers, ensuring a holistic approach is taken.
- Serve as an integral member of our multidisciplinary primary care team, maintaining open and effective communication with all levels of staff and health center providers.
- Ensure compliance with mental health policies and procedures within the behavioral health program, contributing to high standards of care.
- Perform intakes and evaluations for clients promptly and courteously, with a focus on client comfort and engagement.
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling, helping individuals navigate immediate emotional distress effectively.
- Facilitate referrals for clients requiring more intensive treatment options, including inpatient or specialized care.
- Oversee screening for prescription drug abuse, illicit drug use, and alcohol abuse to ensure comprehensive care.
