Contract Details
- Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Home-based skilled nursing (VNA); patients are expected to improve with care
- Visits: Approx. 4–5 patient visits per day
- Coverage Area: Natick–Framingham area; homes, LTC, and assisted living facilities
- Orientation: First 2 weeks dedicated to orientation
- Mileage: Paid from first patient visit to last patient visit (commute to first and home from last not covered)
Requirements
- Active RN license with Compact Declaration (or eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year skilled nursing experience
- Home health / VNA experience preferred but not required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Checklists: LTC Skills Checklist, Pediatric OR Skills Checklist
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient locations
