Hours- 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 or 9-5:30

Location- Onsite daily in Franklin, MA (just off 495)

\n

$24-27hr

Must haves:

-0-2 years of administrative, HR or marketing experience

-Strong communication skills

\n

-MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)

Preferred:

-Associate or Bachelor degree

\n

-Manufacturing or Distribution industry

Job Description:

\n

The HR & Administrative Coordinator provides day-to-day support across HR and general office administration. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling a high volume of shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Coordinator will split time between HR staffing/employee lifecycle support and general administrative and office coordination duties, working closely with the HR, Marketing and Administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

HR Support

\n

    \n
  • Coordinate direct labor staffing, including scheduling interviews, providing candidate feedback to staffing agencies, and tracking offer statuses and open positions
  • \n

  • Track pre-employment screenings and manage first-day logistics for new hires
  • \n

  • Support contractor conversions to direct employment
  • \n

  • Validate weekly hours worked for 40+ contractors and submit to the staffing agency for payroll processing
  • \n

  • Coordinate indirect staffing needs, including onboarding paperwork, pre-employment screening, I-9/E-Verify completion, workstation setup, and onboarding scheduling
  • \n

  • Support employee exit processes, including exit coordination and workstation clear-out
  • \n

  • Provide general employee support during Open Enrollment, including staffing the computer lab for ICHRA-related questions
  • \n

  • Administer the company Service Award program
  • \n

\n

General Administration

\n

    \n
  • Lead the company's Charitable Giving initiative and serve as the primary point of contact for the ACS
  • \n

  • Coordinate Involvement Committee events
  • \n

  • Oversee expense report processing
  • \n

  • Oversee NDA tracking and administration
  • \n

  • Support venue bookings, catering, reservations, and equipment rentals
  • \n

  • Provide front-desk reception coverage when needed
  • \n

  • Provide scheduling support for team meetings
  • \n

  • Maintain and update action item trackers
  • \n

  • Support data entry and data clean-up projects
  • \n
