Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring for both
Mill and Lathe Machinists for our
1st and
2nd shifts! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.
- Setup/Operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills 4 Axis with palletizing.
- Setup/Operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning.
- Load fixture in the machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part - specific operations, which would be noted on the job router.
- Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet part conformance requirements, and document measurements on inspection documents.
- Seek supervisory help if the machine fails or measurements get completely outside limits.
- Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.
- Check to make sure the Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.
Skills & Experience
- CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets. CNC Mill Machines
- Defense and Aerospace Industry experience
- AS9100 Experience is a plus
- Ability to read GD&T Code
- Ability to use all measuring tools

- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
