Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Machining, GD&T, Metal Fabrication)

Location: Greater Merrimack Area, NH (Onsite 5 days)

About the role

Seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations for metal fabricated components. This role focuses on optimizing machining processes, improving manufacturing efficiency, and driving production planning for new and existing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and improve machining processes for manufacturing metal fabricated components
• Support reverse engineering efforts to streamline manufacturing operations
• Manage quoting, estimating, and planning for new manufacturing jobs
• Create manufacturing documentation including tooling plans, fixtures, programs, and in-process inspection sheets
• Generate work orders, sketches, and production planning documentation
• Collaborate with CAD programmers and shop floor teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering; strong hands-on engineering experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading, drawing interpretation, and GD&T experience
• Experience with machining process development and manufacturing planning
• Experience creating work orders, production sketches, and process documentation
• Project management experience is a strong plus
