As the newest member of our recruiting team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to learn the recruiting ropes and build a career on the foundation we’ve built. Job Responsibilities
- Generate consistent revenue outcomes by making placements
- Source & engage qualified candidates for the jobs you’re working on
- Screen candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Diligently manage your candidates to ensure success throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and achieve results
- Interact with clients and ultimately manage those relationships

Compensation
- $50,000 base salary + $7,560 health benefits + uncapped commission
- Year 1 Total Earnings Estimate ($68,686 - $74,798)
- Year 2 Total Earnings Estimate ($79,916 - $89,451)
- Year 3 Total Earnings Estimate ($94,262 - $108,931)
