Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individual and family counseling, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Facilitate crisis interventions and develop safety plans for students facing immediate risks, ensuring the well-being of all involved.
- Establish connections with community resources, such as mental health services, housing assistance, and substance abuse programs, to support students and their families holistically.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote awareness about available social services and advocate for the needs of students.
- Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary collaborations aimed at enhancing service delivery.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
