• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update spreadsheets and documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in typing and formatting documents in a timely manner.
• Verify data entries to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.• Proficiency in 10-key typing with high accuracy.
