We have a unique opportunity that's willing to train the right candidate to join their Commercial Lines/Small Business Unit as an Account Manager!
This is a DIRECT HIRE Opportunity working for a well established, family & privately owned Insurance Agency that is growing! This is a great opportunity for someone who's looking to move into a different industry of Customer Service or to expand their Career within Insurance in a different sector, since the company is willing to train.
Pay: $60-$75k (Depending on experience)

• They will support you getting your Property & Casualty license after starting if you do not already have it!
• They are willing to train the right candidate if they have a strong background in Customer Service/Account Management within a different industry.
Job Duties:
• Managing many accounts within the Commercial Lines Division
• Evaluate Insurance risk
• Prepare Quotes
• Handle Renewals
• Develop & Maintain relationships with agents & brokers
• Review applications, loss history, financial information and other data.
• Ensure compliance
Qualifications:
• 2-5+ years of experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
• Experience & knowledge in Commercial Lines/Small Business is a plus!
• Must have strong communication & relationship managing skills.
• Familiarity of insurance policy forms, rating & underwriting systems is a plus.
• Must have a positive attitude and be team oriented.
• Experience with AMS systems is a plus.
• The client is willing to take on and train someone who has a strong customer service/account manager background in a different industry.
