Key Responsibilities\n

- Utilize your education, training, and experience to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses, ensuring tailored care for each patient.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and challenges.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to foster engagement and sustainable behavioral change.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, primary care providers, and community resources, to deliver integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of patients.
- Monitor patients’ progress through consistent follow-up, tracking treatment responses and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic objectives.
- Assist with psychotropic medication management by providing insights on adherence, addressing side effects, and evaluating treatment efficacy, in collaboration with medical providers.

Compensation and Benefits\n
