Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide virtual therapy sessions to a caseload of at least 25 clients, employing evidence-based practices in accordance with each client's individual needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client challenges and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at cultivating psychological resilience and growth.
- Utilize therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate effective mental health treatment.
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff within Sarasota Memorial Medical Center to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
This role will prioritize working with adolescents and young adults, with opportunities to engage specifically with clients from diverse and minority backgrounds. Experience in addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications\n

- A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical counseling services to adults.
- Proficient in therapeutic approaches such as CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.
- Experience working within schools or educational settings is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
