Associate Veterinarian - Small Animal (Near Boston, MA) - Tewksbury, MA
$140K-$160K Guaranteed Base Pay+ Production Bonus($50K to $100K) + $30K Sign-On Bonus + $5K Debt pay off
We're hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving, independently owned small animal practice located about 20 minutes from Boston. This role offers excellent compensation, strong support, and real work-life balance-without corporate pressure.

Qualifications
• DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
• Small animal experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
