What You’ll Do
- Set up and operateCNC machine centers, including3-Axis Mills
- Work withProto Trak systemsand supportmanual machiningas needed
- Learn and operate astate-of-the-art Water Jet cutting machine
- Read and interpretblueprints and mechanical drawings
- Performmachine changeoversand adapt to different machine centers
- Collaborate with a team of skilled machinists ondiverse, short-run projects
What You Bring
- 3–5 yearsof hands-on experience in a machine shop
- Strong proficiency withCNC machining, especiallyProto Trak
- Experience working withaluminum, copper, and other metals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for precision, learning, and continuous improvement

About Our Shop
Located in the heart of Conway, NH, our facility has recently undergone major capital improvements. With17 machining centers and a team of 12 skilled professionals, we’re equipped to handle a wide range of projects — from prototypes to precision parts. Our shop is known for its collaborative environment, cutting-edge equipment, and commitment to craftsmanship.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
