We are seeking mechanically minded individuals to join our team as a Machine Helper in a manufacturing environment. Whether your background is in a high-speed manufacturing environment, assembly operations, or general warehouse logistics, we want people who enjoy troubleshooting and optimizing equipment. If you are a skilled machine operator or have a background in maintenance, this role offers a great career path. No prior envelope experience is required—we provide full training on setup, troubleshooting, and operating as a quality inspector for our products.
Competitive Pay: $18-$20+/hr to start—will train! Whether you are transitioning from another field, we offer great starting rates.

Responsibilities Include
- Set up, operate, and optimize high-speed envelope manufacturing machinery
- Perform equipment changeovers and make precise mechanical adjustments using precision measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive machinery care to minimize downtime
- Act as a quality inspector during production runs to ensure products meet exact engineering standards and customer specifications
- Collaborate closely with assembly staff, machine operator teams, and warehouse personnel to maintain seamless shift handoffs
- Keep detailed safety, quality, and production logs throughout each shift
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude required; previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, printing, packaging, automotive, or maintenance is highly valued
- Prior experience as a machine operator or working in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred
- Familiarity with reading precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes to follow technical specifications accurately
- Experience performing basic quality inspector duties, such as visually inspecting parts and running routine quality checks
- Strong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina (ability to lift up to 40 lbs), and reliable attendance
