At Twincraft Skincare, our Batch Makers turn formulas into high-quality skincare and personal care products. You'll combine ingredients, follow precise formulations, and help create the products that move through our production lines every day. We're looking for people who:
- Enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day
- Have strong attention to detail and can follow recipes and processes accurately
- Like working as part of a collaborative team
- Want to develop mechanical, technical, and manufacturing skills
- Take satisfaction in creating a finished product they can be proud of
No manufacturing experience? That's okay. Many successful Batch Makers come from food service, catering, hospitality, and other fast-paced environments where consistency, teamwork, and following procedures are essential. We'll help you learn the rest.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift - 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday
- 2nd Shift - 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM Sunday - Wednesday, Monday - Thursday, or Tuesday - Friday
Sign-On Bonus:
- 1st Shift - $1,000
- 2nd Shift - $1,500
