Westaff is hiring Assemblers / Inspectors in Wilmington, MA

Schedule of the Assemblers / Inspectors:
Monday - Friday
8am - 4pm
$18
 
Responsibilities of the Assemblers:
<ul>
<li>Manually inspect completed plastic parts and pack. </li>
<li>Perform assembly</li>
<li>Visual inspection for discoloration , delaminaction, decontamination</li>
<li>Sort and rework</li>
<li>Clean parts</li>
<li>Transfer small parts from catch bins</li>
<li>Count and place in shipping containers</li>
<li>Maintain clean work area</li>
<li>Take written and verbal instruction.</li>
<li>Good manual dexterity for small product handling</li>
<li>Strong detail skills </li>
<li>Good with numbers for counting and basic measurements</li>
<li>Flexible and ability to work in many areas of assembly operation</li>
<li>Must be able to see color and good color perception</li>
<li>Basic hand tool clipper or trimmer.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualitifications:

<li>Lift up to 35 lbs</li>
<li>Work well with others</li>
<li>Small team environment .</li>
<li>Good attendance</li>
<li>Abilty to sit or stand</li>
<li>Previous work experience performing similar preferred but not required</li>
<li>Education High School or GED</li>
