Your day to day as a Customer Service Representative
At Len-Tex Wallcoverings, our Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are responsible for managing the complete order process from beginning to end, ensuring seamless service. Daily activities include responding promptly to customer inquiries, making accurate changes to orders, and maintaining up-to-date notes on all interactions. Additionally, they prepare and send shipment logs, check the status of open orders, conduct cycle counts, manage physical inventories, and prepare material samplings for clients. With a focus on detail and customer satisfaction, these representatives are essential in handling diverse customer-related tasks, making each day an opportunity to enhance customer relationships and contribute to the success of Len-Tex.
