Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Pricing Functional Expert to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud Pricing and Order Management solutions.
\n
\n
The primary focus of this engagement is to design and implement a surcharge pricing solution that allows the business to pass material cost increases, such as aluminum surcharges, to customers. The solution will need to support item-specific surcharge programs, percentage-based markups or discounts, line-level calculations, and consolidated surcharge presentation as a separate invoice line.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Pricing, Order Management, Pricing Algorithms, Pricing Rules, and Groovy, along with experience integrating Pricing with adjacent Oracle Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead functional workshops to understand business requirements and translate pricing strategies into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Pricing solutions, including surcharge functionality.
- Configure surcharge programs that can:
- Assign specific item numbers to a surcharge program.
- Support unique surcharge names and item eligibility.
- Apply either Discount % or Markup % logic.
- Support surcharge calculations at the item level or overall surcharge-program level.
- Apply a single percentage across an entire surcharge table.
- Support individual surcharge amounts or percentages at the line-item level.
- Aggregate applicable surcharge amounts across eligible items.
- Present the calculated surcharge as a separate line item on the customer invoice.
- Configure and maintain Price Lists, Discount Lists, Shipping Charge Lists, Tiered Pricing, Attribute-Based Pricing, Currency Conversion, Pricing Strategies, and Matrix Classes.
- Design and configure Pricing Algorithms, Service Mappings, Pricing Rules, and Groovy-based pricing logic.
- Ensure functional integration between Oracle Pricing and Order Management Cloud, CPQ, Subscription Management, Procurement, and Receivables (AR).
- Lead SIT and UAT activities, including test planning, defect resolution, and business validation.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks, including MC050/DS050 documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex pricing and order management issues and support post-go-live enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the implementation.
- Support Oracle quarterly release updates and assess their impact on pricing functionality.

Required Qualifications
\n

- 12+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/Pricing.
- At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Pricing and Order Management.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Fusion Pricing
- Pricing Algorithms
- Pricing Rules
- Service Mappings
- Groovy scripting / pricing logic
- Price Lists and Discount Lists
- Pricing Strategies
- Matrix Classes
- Attribute-Based and Tiered Pricing
- Experience designing complex pricing, surcharge, markup, discount, and pricing-rule solutions.
- Understanding of integrations with Oracle CPQ Cloud, Subscription Management, Financials/Receivables, GL, and Oracle BPM.
- Strong experience with SIT, UAT, functional design, configuration documentation, and production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile
\n
The ideal consultant is a senior Oracle Fusion Pricing functional SME who can independently analyze a complex surcharge requirement, design the end-to-end pricing solution, configure Oracle Fusion Pricing, leverage Pricing Algorithms/Groovy where required, and work closely with Order Management and Receivables teams to ensure the surcharge flows correctly through order processing and invoicing.
