Pay : Up to $24.00/hour + Weekly Pay + Benefits
Shift : 6:00am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities
- Assemble sub-assemblies for portable analytical instruments using small hand tools and basic soldering techniques.
- Follow assembly instructions, schematics, and established procedures to build and rework instrument components accurately.
- Perform rework and reassembly on existing units to correct issues or implement design changes.
- Debug instruments and sub-assemblies to identify issues and support corrective actions.
- Inspect work for quality, completeness, and adherence to specifications throughout the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment to meet production schedules and quality targets.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly or rework challenges and improve processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andover, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
