POSITION DESCRIPTION

Hotel Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces of the hotel; maintain/repair all guest rooms; perform minor repairs on hotel grounds; perform maintenance related and general cleaning; remove snow/ice from sidewalks; assemble furniture/equipment; diagnose mechanical problems; use hand/power tools to perform repairs; follow safety/company procedures; report accidents/unsafe conditions to management; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean/professional; protect company assets; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; complete safety training and certifications.
